Music Odyssey: Italo Disco

Let’s go back in time a little! Join volunteers Filip, Arianna and Sacha for a new episode of Music Odyssey. This episode is about Italo disco, a music genre from the 1970s and 1980s, that was mainly produced in Italy and successful in Europe during the 1980s. We talk about this music genre and how the songs reflect the situation in Italy and Europe at the time.

      Thank you, Martin. We are trying to explore the music and genres that are usually outside of the focus of other media. This episode was especially enjoyable because all those delicate sounds of the synths and automatic drum machines took us back to the 80s as some sort time machine. 😛
